Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bd453 platform and all services provided under it. By creating an account on bd453, accessing the site, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use any services of bd453. bd453 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after any changes means you have automatically accepted the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To create a valid account on bd453, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances. Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are detected on the same device, IP address, or among household members, those accounts will be closed.

2.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. bd453 will never ask for your password. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, inform the support team immediately. bd453 is not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to secure your account.

2.3 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. bd453 also reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms. Any valid balance is withdrawable before account closure — however, bonus balances will be cancelled if the related wagering requirements have not been met.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

Currently accepted payment methods on bd453 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Providing the correct amount and transaction reference at the time of deposit is mandatory. bd453 will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. bd453 generally takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete a withdrawal. However, for bank transfers, the processing time of the relevant bank may also apply.

Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Funds may only be withdrawn using the same method through which they were deposited — no exceptions will be made to this rule.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation

Deposit transactions generally cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled through the support team before processing starts.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bd453 offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — making a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — making a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus total. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A member may receive a welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus balance being cancelled.
• bd453 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• The games on which a bonus can be used will be specified in the details of the relevant offer.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

bd453 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair play environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs for an advantage and failing to report them.
• Coordinating betting strategies in collusion with other members.
• Using the bd453 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing or threatening other members or staff of bd453.

If any of the above violations are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

6. VIP Program & Cashback

bd453's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on your consistent activity and gaming history. Cashback is credited to your account at a fixed time each week. No additional wagering requirements apply to cashback — it is directly withdrawable.

bd453 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits. Members will be notified through the platform if any changes are made.

7. Responsible Gaming
